I received with huge shock, the demise of Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo President General.
Unarguably, Chief Iwuanyanwu was not only a notable figure within the South East,, but was equally a strong voice and one of the leading figures in the Socio-Political And Economic advancement of South East, Nigeria And Africa.
While It is irrefutable that death is an inevitable end of every living soul, it is important to acknowledge his remarkable achievements in virtually all spheres of human endeavour which of course propelled his meritorious emergence as Ohanaeze Ndigbo President General.
His demise is not just a huge loss to Ndigbo, but also to Nigeria and Africa, even as his memories will remain evergreen in our hearts.
As his legacy of impact continues to reverberate, I pray that God almighty, grants his soul eternal rest and grant his family, the good people of Imo State and our dear Igbo Nation, the fortitude to endure the irreparable loss.
