The Honourable Minister for Labour and Employment, ever since her foray into partisan politics has brought happiness, comfort and succour to many families not only in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi in particular but Abia State and Nigeria in general.
Her touch of blessings has not only been on individual families but on communities in the South East and as well extends across other ethnicities. The people have lost count of the number of people her kindness impacted upon through job placement in both federal and state institutions just as the number of infrastructures attracted to communities and local council areas cannot be correctly named.
If we begin to take a census of road infrastructures, construction and rehabilitation of school buildings and water boreholes etc, in no time we would lose count of many.
The Federal Polytechnic Umunneochi & Aviation maintenance school that she attracted, had left the people in bewilderment as to how influencial and responsible Barr. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha is and whose sense of commitment to the welfares ranks second to none. Ever since she became a federal legislator, it has been from one project to another.
Touching individual lives, especially those of widows and orphans is one mark of excellence that continues to endear Dame Onyejeocha to the people as it warms the hearts of the helpless and she has not relented in seizing any opportunity to replicate it.
It was quite remarkable how she began construction of the federal highway that connects Amalato - Obilikpa in Abia State and Nsogwu Umunze in Anambra State, successfully getting the first phase tarred within six months in 2022
Because her names gives hope, her names secures the future for people and communities, she has continued to instill confidence, hope and trust on the people. The fact that she is living up to her name is not after all a fluke.
One can only be proud of her because Barr. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha has achieved a lot right from when she was a State commissioner in Abia State. This wonderful woman has continued to leave wonderful imprints in developmental sands of time.
Our prayers for Barr. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha is for God to continue to bless and sustain her in good health.
